Assuming good warm-up and no injuries:
10–20 seconds all out full recovery after
15 seconds sprint 60–90 seconds walk
Speed where form stays crisp no heel striking
Warm up 5–8 minutes before the first sprint
Incline 1–2% to reduce joint stress
Stop the set when speed drops noticeably
Full nasal breathing during recovery.
Keep total sprint time under 3 minutes
Land mid-foot under your hips
If knees feel it the next day shorten the sprints
Heart rate should spike fast then fully drop before next
Pair with leg days not the day before
