Does hitting it more actually speed up growth, or just burn you out faster?
If recovery’s dialed in high frequency is a fast-track. More quality reps quicker skill and muscle gains
Works great until fatigue piles up You can’t out train bad sleep or poor nutrition even with smart programming
I’d call it efficient not magic You still need to manage volume or you’ll burn out fast
For naturals higher frequency with moderate volume usually beats blasting a muscle once a week
