Anyone tried resistance bands or tempo work during recovery?
Start with mobility and stability first Focus on rotator cuff work scapular control, and light resistance bands before adding heavy lifts
PT helped a lot. Strength came back once I stopped skipping warm-upsβ¦
Donβt rush back to pressing Do isometrics and slow tempo movements your shoulder needs time to relearn control not just strength
