Probably not. I train hard so I supplement citrulline pre-workout to make sure Iβm covered

Arginine is hit or miss from food alone for me Citrulline supplementation has been much more noticeable

I get plenty of lysine from meat and dairy but the others are harder to estimate

Honestly never tracked norvaline intake from food Most of it seems to come from supplements

My diet covers lysine well but I still add citrulline for gym performance

I eat a high protein diet so arginine and lysine are probably decent but I supplement anyway

Citrulline is one of the few ingredients I actually notice during workouts

Not sure about exact amounts but I doubt diet alone gets me optimal levels
