From Skinny to Strong”
When she started, she barely weighed 45 kg.
No muscle, no shape just tired of being called too skinny.
She told me, I want to look strong, not small.
So we built from scratch
✅ Ate real food, not rabbit food.
✅ Lifted weights, not fears.
✅ Slept, recovered, and stayed consistent.
At first, progress was slow.
But then, the changes started shoulders rounded, legs toned, abs showing, confidence glowing.
Now, she doesn’t chase the number on the scale she chases the next PR in the gym.
