Redefining 37 strong, Lean & Still Climbing πŸ’₯

Used to be 270 lbs and couldn’t climb a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Now I’m 212 and deadlifting more than some guys at my gym 😏
No crash diets, no gimmicks just years of showing up, learning macros and treating my body like something I actually care about.
I’m not done yet next stop 190 lbs and abs for the first time in my life.
Age ain’t the issue excuses are.

      Thankz ,,honestly, about 3mnths in! once i gt consistent with protein and stopped under-eating my lifts started flying up
